1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Once payment is processed, you will receive a payment confirmation email as well as a booking details email containing your tour information as well as a link to print your boarding pass, and any additional instructions.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

All bookings are final and non-refundable. No cancellations are permitted under any circumstances. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events), Bay Area Yacht Tours Elite reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour. In such cases, customers will be offered the option to reschedule their tour or receive a credit for future use. No cash refunds will be provided.

3. Changes to Bookings

Changes to confirmed bookings are not permitted. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all booking details (e.g., tour date, participant information) are accurate at the time of booking.

5. Liability and Insurance

Bay Area Yacht Tours Elite is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property that may occur during the tour. Customers are strongly advised to obtain their own travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, including but not limited to medical emergencies, trip interruptions, or personal liability.

6. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Payments can be made via credit card or other accepted payment methods as specified on our website.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring they meet any physical, age, or other eligibility requirements specified for the tour. Customers must arrive on time for their scheduled tour which is 30 mins before departure. Late arrivals may not be accommodated, and no refunds or credits will be provided for missed tours.
